Fitness Enthusiast and Clinical Personal Trainer
My journey in fitness began with a love for all sports growing up as a kid which then developed into an overall love for health and wellness. This led me to study a Bachelor of Science double majoring in Exercise Science & Physiology. This foundation has allowed me to develop a scientific approach to fitness, focusing not only on physical strength but also how the body moves and functions best.
I worked here at FHQ over 3 years ago and have now returned after living in the UK for the past two years. There I worked as a clinical personal trainer and reformer pilates instructor. As a clinical trainer, I have experience working with rehabilitation including musculoskeletal injury, diabetes, and cardiovascular disease.
With five years experience in the industry, I specialise in rehabilitation, personal training, group fitness classes and strength based programs. I am committed to creating a supportive environment where every client feels motivated and empowered to push their limits and surpass their fitness expectations.
Outside of work I love to stay as active as I can – whether that be running, hiking, boxing, gymming or any kind of outdoor adventure! I’m also very passionate about food and absolutely love to cook up a storm in the kitchen creating my own healthy meals and meal prep! So if you need any ideas, definitely come and have a chat with me!
Whether you’re looking to lose weight, build muscle, or improve your overall health, I am here to guide you every step of the way. Let’s work together to transform your fitness goals into reality.
