Set the tone for the year ahead and achieve your goals with the support of a community of strong, like-minded women!
Challenge Overview:
Duration: 8 weeks
Start Date: 3rd February 2025
End Date: 30th March 2025
Goal: Build strength, endurance (run 5km or 10km), and daily habits for long-lasting fitness and personal growth.
Challenge Components:
1. Weekly Strength & Endurance Workouts
• Strength training: Focus on building muscle, increasing strength, and toning.
• Endurance: Weekly runs or cardio challenges to boost stamina and cardiovascular health.
• Fitness focus: Improve your ability to tackle longer distances (5km, 10km).
2. Nutrition & Wellness Tips
• Meal prep suggestions and nutrition education with our very own Ebook!
• Mindful eating practices to promote weight loss and overall wellness.
3. Daily Habit Tracker
• Develop daily habits for a healthier lifestyle.
• Includes hydration, sleep, stretching, and self-care.
4. Community Support & Accountability
• Weekly check-ins and motivation from other women who are on the same journey.
• Share progress, ask questions, and cheer each other on.
• Week 1, 4 & 8 BIA body scan to track your progress with accurate numbers
5. Included Fun Run Events: Round the Bays & Fitness HQ 5-10km Final Challenge
• A community event halfway through to keep the motivation levels high and see your running progress
• Final run event with the team at FHQ to hit that 5km or 10km goal
